Return Process

  Request an RMA

  Log into your account or contact our support team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization number for your specific order.

  Pack Securely

  Place the electronic component in its original anti-static packaging and secure it within a sturdy shipping box to prevent transit damage.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the return shipping label to the outside of the box, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible to avoid processing delays.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the part and its tamper-evident seals, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
